I-TANK™ bowl: it minimises the influence of external temperature, increases the cooling power and enhances product consistency;it also reduces condensation and water dripping on the bowl’s outer walls, thus enhancing the product attractiveness, even thanks to theLED-basedcold lighting.

Mechanical keypad: slush production start and defrost mode are manual.

The bowl shape generates a natural mixing effect,for optimum consistency.

I-PRO Mechanic: a machine combining tradition and future.

I-PRO MECHANIC HIGH CAPACITY : this machine has a powerful compressor that enhances cooling efficiency.

This version is a good solution for countries and places with higher external temperature which can influence quality and preparation time of slush. The system has a pressure switch control system.

I-PRO MECHANIC WATER-COOLED: in this version, the machine has a water-cooling system, allowing to use the machine in narrow and poorly ventilated spaces without overheating. The system has a pressure switch control system.
